discloses the information gathering and dissemination

Information Automatically Logged
This site uses your IP address to help diagnose
problems with our server and to administer our site.
This site records the browser type to monitor market
penetration of various web browsers so we can better
determine the Internet technologies we may utilize
in the design of our pages. This site uses page
referrer data - that is, information about the page
that linked you to this page - to determine to what
extent our page is referenced by other resources

Macbellads collects your name and email address,
and other pertinent information. This information
is used to facilitate buying and selling of links/
advertisements on the Internet. We do not share
any personal information with any third parties
nor do we use any personal information for any purposes
beyond those stated here.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect
the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information
under our control. Log file access is restricted
to system administrators while stored on the server.
Log files are rotated regularly and archived in
a secure location.
All credit card information is encrypted with 40-bit
SSL encryption before it is transmitted across the
network.
Macbellads complies with all statutory and legal
requirements with respect to access to information.
- Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with Macbellads or
your advertising campaign, you may be eligible to
receive a refund. Please contact Support through our
Contact Us page and explain why you are unsatisfied.
Macbellads will evaluate refund inquiries for all
reasonable requests ( listed “Grounds for refund
evaluation” ) for up to the last 60 days of
receiving your request. We will provide a response
to your request within 2 business days of its receipt.
All refunds are issued in the form of an account credit.
Grounds for refund evaluation:
1. Ad not showing properly
2. Site no longer online or operating
3. Zone inactive or down
4. Invalid ad clicks and/or impressions
5. Publisher cancels ad
6. Flat rate ad did not run
7. Did not start on scheduled start date
8. Cancelled flat rate ads that have not yet started
9. Ad edits rejected
Not grounds for refund evaluation:
1. Ad not performing or drop off in clicks/impressions
other than host site down
2. Ad statistics do not match third party analytics
software
3. Advertiser misunderstanding about products, policies,
or services
4. Advertiser did not pause network ad
5. Advertiser unaware of flat rate ad recurrence
- Publisher Check Reissue Policy

When are publisher checks processed?
Macbellads begins processing publisher payments
on the first business day of each month and mails
them out within the first five business days. Please
note that check transit times vary. Based on marketplace
feedback, India addresses can take from 7 to 10
business days for the check to arrive. Non-India
addresses may take up to 21 business days.
I haven’t received my check, what
now?
If you did not receive your payment and have waited
the specified amount of time mentioned above, or
misplaced your check, please first confirm your
“Pay to”, “Address”, and
“Minimum check amount” information before
contacting Support. To view your payment information,
please log into your account and select the “publishers”
tab. Click the Manage Account link. On this page,
your payment information is present.
If your information is confirmed correct, please
contact Support through our Contact Us form. In
order to process your check reissue request, we
will need the following information:
1. Check number (Reference No.)
2. Payment month
3. Payment Amt.
Please note that Macbellads no longer reissues payments
throughout the month. Instead, we confirm your check
has not been cashed, stop payment, and re-deposit
earnings back into your publisher account. The re-deposited
earnings will be included as part of your next publisher
payment. Checks that are outstanding after 180 days
from date of issue will be voided and ineligible
for re-deposit or reissue.
- Why only allow refunds for up to the last
60 days of my request date?

Macbellads pays publishers on
a net-60 basis . Because we uphold our responsibility
to pay webmasters for traffic that was delivered,
we can only give refunds for the last 60 days from
the request date.
- Publisher Acceptable Use Policy
-
The Publisher Acceptable Use Policy
is applicable to publishers participating in the Macbellads
marketplace. To be considered as a Macbellads publisher,
you are required to adhere to the following policies.
We suggest you read the policies carefully and
reference the guidelines often as we may change
our policies at any time. As pursuant to our terms
and conditions, it is your responsibility to keep
up to date with and adhere to the policies posted
here. Failure to comply with these policies may
warrant us limiting ad serving to your site and/or
limiting your Macbellads account.
Site Content Guidelines:
Macbellads prohibits ads from displaying on sites
with the following content:
1. Little or no original content. This includes,
but is not limited to:
(a). Scraped content: Sites with content taken from
high-quality sources or “Free Article”
sites. These are often template or cookie cutter
sites.
(b). Auto-generated content: Sites with programmatically
generated content. These sites often have random
content that is confusing or nonsensical to a site
visitor.
(c). Doorway sites: Sites with content designed
to increase search engine rank, with little content
for an actual site visitor.
(d). Made for ad sites: Sites that primarily consists
of only advertisements do not constitute content
for a landing page.
(e). Login to view any content: Sites with landing
pages with only a login or registration form.
(f). Thin affiliate sites: These sites collect pay-per-click
(PPC) revenue by sending visitors to the sites of
affiliate programs, while providing little or no
value-added content or service to the user. These
sites usually have no original content and may be
cookie-cutter sites or templates with no unique
content.
(g). Site under construction: Sites that are blank,
under construction, page with raw coding/incorrect
coding, or take too long respond.
2. Any pornographic, adult, or mature content
including animation.
3. Any offers for illegal activities, products or
services.
4. Promotion of fake documents, copied material,
or paper mills.
5. Promotion of drugs, or any related paraphernalia.
6. Promotion of excessive profanity or violence
7. Promotion of discrimination or infringes on the
legal rights of others.
8. Promotion or any attempt to profit from human
tragedy or suffering that lacks any social, artistic,
or political value. This includes any content that
may 9. be deemed inappropriate or insensitive to
victims of natural disasters or human tragedies.
10. Promotion of incentives for users or third-party
beneficiaries for online activities, but not limited
to, completing offers, performing searches, surfing
websites, reading emails, completing surveys, clicking
on ads, or any activity that artificially enhances
website/advertiser metrics.
11. Content or site construction intended to deceive
or mislead for purposes of increasing traffic or
clicks.
12. Sales or offers that contain certain weapons,
alcohol, tobacco, or any related paraphernalia.
13. User submitted content that is not moderated.
Click Enticement Policy:
Macbellads does not allow any of the following methods,
but without limitation, to artificially generate
clicks or impressions:
1 . Placement of advertisements in order to induce
clicks. This includes the following:
(a). Image + ad : Placing an image, photo, or thumbnail
above or next to a text ad. This results in lower
conversion rates for advertisers and is prohibited.
(b). Misleading labels: Do not mislabel a zone,
such as labeling a text ad module “Most Popular”
as opposed to “Sponsored Links”.
(c). Blind links: Placement of a text ad in a manner
that it looks like site content or a site navigation
link, such as only displaying the ad headline and
not the copy.
(d). Ad modification: An ad must be shown its original
form, must be fully visible, and the zone code cannot
be modified to change the targeting, behavior, or
delivery of ads.
(e). Gimmicky ad: Placement of an ad in a manner
that makes it difficult to distinguish from site
content.
(f). General click enticement: Asking visitors to
click on an ad in order to support a site.
2. Incentivized programs such paid to click, paid
to read, paid to search, paid to surf, autosurf,
third party services, or click exchange.
3. Use of bots or automated click and impression
generating tools.
4. Clicking on one’s own ads is prohibited.
5. Displaying ads in any type of pop-up is not permitted.
Excessive Zones:
To ensure a quality experience for advertisers and
site visitors, Macbellads does not allow excessive
placement of zones on a page.
* You may use three zones of each advertising
product per page.
* You may not display the same CPM zone multiple
times on one page. Please create a unique zone.
* You may not place multiple leaderboard banners
on top of one another, or in an area where the banner
competes visually with banners or affiliate zones
from other companies. The leaderboard format is
not intended to be placed in a manner where it competes
visually with other site elements.
* Macbellads reserves the right to disable zones
if they severely degrade advertising effectiveness
or create a “spammy” look-and-feel,
even if the zones are within the three zone limit.
Non-English Sites:
At this time, Macbellads current reviews English
language sites only.
- Advertiser Acceptable Use Policy (with Ad
Approval Guidelines)

The Advertiser Acceptable Use Policy
is applicable to advertisers participating in the
Macbellads marketplace. To be considered as an Macbellads
advertiser, you are required to adhere to the following
policies.
We suggest you read the policies carefully and
reference the guidelines often as we may change
our policies at any time. As pursuant to our Terms
and Conditions, it is your responsibility to keep
up to date with and adhere to the policies posted
here. Failure to comply with these policies may
warrant us limiting ad serving to your site and/or
limiting your Macbellads account.
Landing page URL guidelines:
* URL must work.
1. Landing page cannot take too long respond [less
than 5 seconds].
* No extra characters in URL.
1. Spaces are translated as %20 and therefore your
link will not work.
* Site cannot link to a blank page, very little
content/majority of page consists of ads, a page
that is under construction, or a page with raw coding/incorrect
coding.
* URL cannot utilize rotating landing pages.
* We must be able to review your intended landing
pages.
* URL cannot link directly to an executable file
or any download that is not user initiated. Browser/system
updates are an exception:
(Windows Media Player, Quicktime, Flash players,
or other programs required by the browser to view
content).
* Landing page cannot require login to view any
site content.
* The landing page may not contain code or scripts
that cause the website to break out of frames.
* May not use malware/malicious code (e.g. virus,
Trojans, worms, spyware, etc.) or deliver harmful
programs.
* May not engage in any illegal online activity
such as phishing, spoofing, or spamming.
* The display URL must correspond to the landing
page URL.
Editorial guidelines:
* Ad copy must be complete.
* Ad copy must fit within character limits; text
may seem cut-off if you hit the character limits.
* All or a majority of ad copy cannot be in ALL
CAPS.
* Ad copy must have appropriate spacing.
* Ad copy must use correct spelling and grammar.
* Ad copy does not support HTML coding elements.
Our exceptions are copyright and registered trademark.
* Ad copy must have coherent ad copy.
* Take advantage of the text limits to create engaging
ad copy that appeals to your audience.
* This applies to image banners as well. Your images
must have a clear message for your audience.
Ad/Site content guidelines:
* Ad copy or creative must match the content of
the landing page.
* Ad variations must cover the same industry as
the initial ad created.
1. While variations allow you to test various banner
creatives and landing pages, ad variations must
remain within the same industry as your primary
ad. If you want to add different industries, you
can create a new campaign for each industry.
* There must be content on the landing page.
1. A site that primarily consists of only advertisements
does not constitute content for a landing page.
* Banners cannot imitate system messages or system
windows.
1. Macbellads does not allow banner ads that imitate
a windows system message in likeness and behavior.
2. While we do allow banners that utilize other
creative design methods for improving click through
rate (CTR), you may run into unforeseeable problems
with conversions on these types of banners.
This includes but is not limited to the following
scenarios:
(a). Image banners that look like functioning video
players.
(b). Image banners that look like there is interactive
content.
* Audio must be user initiated and cannot start
automatically.
1. If audio is used, the creative must include controls
to stop, pause, or mute it.
* Animation that utilizes strobe animation, flashing
background/text, or shaking is considered distracting
and not allowed.
* Animation length is restricted to a maximum of
15 seconds (at 15-20 fps frame rate), after which
point the ad must remain static.
Unacceptable Content:
* Any pornographic, adult, or mature content including
animation or artificially censored nudity.
* Any offers for illegal activities, products or
services.
* Promotion of incentives for online activity to
surf websites, click on ads, or any activity that
artificially enhances website/advertiser metrics.
* Promotion of violence, racial intolerance, or
advocacy against any individual, group, or organization.
* Promotion of fake documents, copied material,
or paper mills.
* Promotion of drugs, or any related paraphernalia.
* Sales or offers that contain certain weapons,
alcohol, tobacco, or any related paraphernalia.
* Promotion or any attempt to profit from human
tragedy or suffering. This includes any content
that may be deemed inappropriate or insensitive
to victims of natural disasters or human tragedies.
* Promotion of excessive profanity or violence.
* Promotion of illegal activities or infringes on
the legal rights of others.
Non-English Sites:
At this time, Macbellads currently reviews English
language ads only.
- Advertiser Full Page Ad Agreement

For all Full Page Ads, we will
require your acceptance and compliance with the Full
Page Ad Terms and Conditions. Please read this agreement
carefully. By using Full Page Ads, you agree to the
"Full Page Ad Terms and Conditions Agreement".

Full Page Ad Terms and Conditions Agreement:
I understand the Full Page Ad is a full page interactive
ad that drives engaged users directly to my website
or landing page between pages of a publisher’s
website. I agree to the following terms and conditions.
I will not redirect or change the URL associated
with the Full Page Ad. Note: To change a URL, please
submit a new variation for approval.
I will not implement or use code to have the Full
Page Ad break out of the iframe.
I will not use pop-ups and pop-unders.
I will not use malware/malicious code (e.g. virus,
Trojans, worms, spyware, etc.) or deliver harmful
programs.
I will not engage in any illegal online activity
such as phishing, spoofing, or spamming.
Should I fail to follow any of these rules, I understand
that I will be terminated immediately and may be
liable for all damages my infringing campaign caused,
including consequential damages.
